Returns & Exchange

At Chai’s Collection, it’s important that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason this is not the case, we are happy to exchange or refund items purchased under the conditions below:
There is NO refund for any items purchased except faulty and damaged goods . However you can exchange the goods to something else which worth the same value or higher within seven (7) days of purchase, we will issue you a full refund, provided delivery has not been made.If delivery has been completed, there will be a charge of S$50.00-$S$70 for recollection. Alternatively you can bring your goods to our store for refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in original condition and we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and/or damage to the goods.
There will be no exchange or returns on sale items or custom-made items.There will be no exchange or returns for goods that we have modified per a request from you.
Please bear in mind that computer browsers may present color slightly differently, photos displayed on the website are for representation only, and we recommend seeing the product in our store prior to ordering .
Please be aware that all our furniture are handmade and hand finished individually, therefore there might be slight variations in color and finishing. We do not refund or exchange for preordered and customised items.
Please be aware that all our furniture are made of natural solid wood. Any indentations, blocks and knots are part of wood, particularly recycled wood. Distressed look is the style of most of our furniture.We will not accept returns or exchange of items based on the character of wood or the distressed look .

-Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
All delivery items must be signed upon delivery when you are acknowledging that you have received all good(s) delivered in good condition. If you discover an issue with an item after our delivery completed, Please inform us within 24 hours. Should you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will provide you with a repair or a replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to decide what’s the best solution.
